Not all, but many European countries badly rely on immigration to prop up their economies. Spain and the UK are up there in need immigration to save their asses. Maybe the main difference between America not liking Floyd, and the UK not liking Khan is that many people who dont like Khan, dont actually follow boxing. A poll here the other day suggests that he is very popular among boxing fans. Whereas people who dont know him dislike him. The EDL in my eyes have to be commended for what they are trying to achieve in Blackpool. They have vowed to do a rally/march every year on the Easter bank holiday until the police re-open the Charlene Downes case. Im not sure how old any of you are. But for decades, since the 60's, when Asian and black families were immigrating here, white English people treated them like *****. Of course not all of them, but racism was totally acceptable. Verbal abuse, employment discrimination and violent attacks happened all the time.

On one hand they say Britain is a tolerant society, but on the other, they dont like it when they speak their own language, or dress differently, or practice their own religion. Thats incredibly hypocritical.
Either you are tolerant and respectful of other cultures, or you are not.

Im from London, but live up north. I find northerners to be genuinely good, likeable people. But they are very ignorant when it comes to race.

If you read all of my posts you will have realised that I have condemned Brits who expect people from other countries to cater for their English speaking needs. I am fully aware that asians were treated like **** (although I wasn't alive) and I agree that it was totally unnacceptable. What many people object to (many of whom aren't at all racist) is the fact that they expect us to be fine with their culture but they are not fine with ours. There are ****** parents who register complaints about school because the school celebrates Christmas and sometimes schools stop because of this. It is total BS. As I mentioned earlier, asians are often allowed to wear religious items in schools but Christians sometimes are not.
