pacquiao had been saying he will take the tests for a long time now.

only reason why this issue still comes up is because floyd hasn't found the balls to enter pac negotiations. he avoided the second negotiation saying, "i'll take a vacation", "i'll spend time with my family", "boxing is not even in my mind",... these are all documented.

floyd fanboys had to make it look like floyd is not the one holding up the fight.

This post would be valid but for the fact floyd agreed to fight manny 18 months ago and manny refused because of OST. If manny agrees to OST during the initial negotiaitions, after floyd agreed to all his requests, then there is no need for any more negotiaitions.

But of course pac fans always forget to point this out.

I applaud Manny for trying to compromise but a random test never has a cut off date. If you can give me an example of an athlete that undergoes a random blood test but is allowed to have a cut off date then I'll take back my words but you won't be able to.

We all never ever saw Pac saying he refused tests. As a matter of fact, videos about Pac saying he'll even take the test every round is what we have. And yet people still don't believe it but hey, nothing to it. That's them.

I myself believe this is all Arum. That sucks but it is what it is.

Yes there are videos of PAc saying he'll take tests. But you and I know the issue wasn't taking tests but the cutoff date, which, if pac fans are being honest, became more of an issue because pac "forgot" about the 24 day tests prior to the Hatton fight. Pac and his camp onl;y went to 24 days because they were caught in a lie.
