i think it was very hard for some of you guys to see your champion get rocked the way coralles did. i agree with some of whats to be said about castillo not making weight. if he were 3 lbs lighter the fight would have ended the same way. personally i think he gained that extra weight in his balls for even wanting this fight so soon after the first. both of these guys are true warriors. i admit as a fan of castillo i am disappointed that he didn't make weight. i admit that as a fan of coralles that i am proud to see him continue on and fight any way. as i have said before i like these two guys equally. i just think that castillo is the stronger of the two fighters. i think he has the better chin as well. the only thing that uopsets me about this fight is that it only lasted 4 rounds. but i will admit....i think its better for both of these guys that it did end quick because no man should have to go through what they did again so quickly. no respect lost for either of these guys. there has been contraversy surrounding both fights and in my eyes the 3rd fight they go in 0-0
Are Castillo fans really celebrating the "victory" yesterday?

Originally posted by DiegoFuegoI'm kind of shocked that his fans could be low enough to consider this vengeance. He didn't beat Corrales within the rules because he didn't make weight. I will admit Corrales never could take a good strong punch, Junior Lightweight or Lightweight, but when you give the guy the advantage starting weight of 142 the day before the fight (Castillo admitted this in the postfight conference), then how can you expect it to be a level playing field? Castillo only had to gain about 5 more pounds where Corrales had to gain 12 to match him on fight night! Think about how much more weight Corrales is having to put on and what that is doing to his body compared to what Castillo is doing to his. That is not a fair playing field, I don't care what you know about boxing. You know the win was unjust and you can either call Corrales brave or ****** for taking the fight under those circumstances. I mean, if he calls it off, it makes it look like he's scared to fight, which is what ALL OF YOU CASTILLO FANS WOULD HAVE SAID, admit it. You'll take a victory anyway you can get it, and I think this is truly pathetic. Corrales is dumb for fighting, Castillo is a cheater for doing it. Fight yesterday doesn't mean ****, has no historical significance. Call it a moral victory if you will, but as far as true boxing fans are concerned, within the rules, Corrales 1, Castillo 0.
"winning within the rules"? wtf is that? i guess u totally forgot how cheapo cheated in the 1st fight with the mouthpiece thing and now you dare to say that castillo cheated? hypocracy, hypocracy, hypocracy abounds in ur statement, you deluded fool.
last i checked, castillo was never in danger of being DQd, corrales was. castillo was never warned by the ref to "knock the **** off", corrales was. castillo was never deducted a point for breaking the rules, corrales was.
get ur facts straight, ass-head. corrales is the cheater and corrales GAVE NO EXCUSES. if ur fighter doesnt give excuses, you have no right to complain.Comment

if the ref deducts a point from you, thats sort of a clue that ur doing something thats illegal.
castillo didnt get warned from the ref in either fight and i dont think a left hook to the head is illegal.
Accept it, junior.Comment
