This always baffles me and yet makes me laugh. Floyd Mayweather Jr says "Manny take the tests and we can fight" and Floyd is ducking? All Pac would have to do to prove that Floyd is ducking, is accept the random tests demands and the fight is on or someone is getting exposed. How much more clearer can this situation be? Mosley took it, Cotto cosigned it, Ortiz is taking it, Khan is down to take it and every other fighter. What's Manny's problem? Does he want to fight? Or is he really dirty? Pac fans are funny. First they say Floyd retired because of Pac not remembering (conveniently) that Pac was the one who didn't want to fight and went for Clottey. Then they say Floyd ain't the commission and should follow the rules of every fighter but now say that Floyd is using the tests to duck Pac but all along Many STILL hasn't agreed to anything? How can Floyd be ducking Pac when every fighter that he said has to take it to fight him did, is or willing to take it except Pac? Pac fans and supporters have more excuses then he does.

wow... This is how simple minded Fraud's fan really is. Just because Cotto cosigned it does not mean he will take the test. Just because Khan say he will take the test does not mean he is taking it. Khan is fighting right now why don't they do random blood test. what because the commission does not require it.

I'll tell you why ORtiz is taking it, because he wants to get named recognition and have a shot at Fraud. the same reason he agreed to 90-10% purse split. he would drop golden boy just to have a fight with Fraud if it was asked for. Just like Moseley and Marquez dropped GBP to fight Pac.

Moseley agreed to it..why?!!?? because to get a shot at someone who has been ducking him his whole career.. of course Moseley will agree. Also look at the money situation. anytime the money split looks bad. you can tell who has more leverage. And Fraud has it. The last two fights he asked for testing he was running the negotiations. Fraud could have asked this two fighters to do cartwheels and they would do it.

This is whats funny and the reason his demand about OST came about. and i quote "when guys are young you see they have potential, but this guy pops up at age 25, and you say Damn where did he come from?"

And doesn't it strikes your curiosity that he asked Pac for testing when the negotiations started getting signed. it wasn't the first request in the negotiations. First it was about the money split, if you know more please correct me. Didn't OST came later in the negotiations. This is the reason why I believe so much that it is a ducking move.

Also, Why didn't he ask for OST for JMM? I mean he fought JMM at WW he knows he is coming up to the same weight as what is Pac right now maybe more since Pac fights at catchweight. people say that he was to slow at WW but when Fraud fought him that was JMM first fight at WW nobody would know how he did. So if thats the case, every small fighter that jumps up to a bigger division and does great is suspect.


FACT: THERE ARE ONLY THREE FIGHTERS THAT AGREED TO OST TESTING:

FRAUD- THAT GUY THAT HAS NO CHOICE BUT TO ASK IT NOW.
ORTIZ- THE GUY WHO IS WILLING TO DO ANYTHING EVEN AGREE TO A 90-10 PURSE SPLIT JUST TO GET IN THE RING WITH FRAUD
MOSLEY- THE GUY WHO HAS BEEEN TRYING TO GET A FIGHT WITH THIS GUY 8 YEARS AGO.

ALL THE REST.. COTTO SAYING HE'LL DO IT, KHAN SAYING HE'LL DO IT DOES NOT MEAN IT'S BEEN DONE.

Pac does not need this guy in his resume. Mayweather will be forever known as someone who used OST to ducked the best fighter of his generation.

The terms of testing have nothing to do with "hiding" anything, and everything to do with determining who has the upper hand in the negotiations.

Pacquiao and Mayweather both have massive egos, and both want to prove that they are the biggest attraction boxing has to offer. As such, they will push and shove in the contract talks to get what they want. Mayweather asks Pac for these tests because it puts the ball in his own court, so to speak. It gives him the lead role in this exchange; it puts the fight on his terms.

Guys like Mosley and Ortiz agree to the tests because they have no say, whatsoever, in negotiations with these two. They will do anything to land a fight with either Mayweather or Pacquiao.

Manny and Floyd don't really need to fight each other, however; at least not as much as the fans want them to fight. Their legacies are already golden, and thus each guy wants to gain one extra edge before stepping into the ring together. If Manny succumbs to the demands, then it looks like Floyd is the top dog before the fight ever happens. If Floyd concedes the compromise offered by Manny, then it's flipped around, etc.

It's all a freaking game.

So what is the commission there for? Its an excuse not to fight Pac. the only people that will fight Fraud with that testing are the up and comer who has something to prove and the washed up fighters who wants a big payday.

The funny thing is anyone of this fighters who don't agree to this guy's testing will be called roids users by the Floydies. JMM first fight at WW is against him. JMM jump up in weight and he never saw him fight before in WW but yet he did not asked him to do a OST. But when it was Pacs turn to fight him he started asking for OST. Only ignorant boxing fans can't see that it was a ducking move what he is doing to Pac. I hope any fighter that will fight him next who has a little leverage will not agree to the OST testing. * OST's are mandatory NOW in ALL top amateur sports

* Currently, if an amateur athlete avoids or obstructs an OST request, they are JUDGED GUILTY, by the sanctioning body, and by the public in general.

THE SAME WILL HAPPEN in a few years, because OST will be mandatory at that point in time.

In the future, boxing fans will wonder why Manny insisted upon a cutoff date - which will seem bizarre, because.....
a.) there is no such thing as a cut-off date for OST's
b.) EVERYBODY will be taking OST's as per regulation, at that point in time
