You are horribly misinformed. How is requesting a BETTER testing standard in a sport full of PEDS an "excuse"? We've got 8 excuses from team Pac. Its not making a rule, its changing the standard of that rule. Even now, people are questioning Zab Judah, yet there against better testing standards. last i heard it just been three fighters who agree to OST. one an old guy trying to get a big pay, yes Moseley was an old guy when he fought Fraud. IF they fought when Moseley was at his prime, e.g. after moseley beat DLH the second time it would be a different story. another is a guy who is an up and comer. I call ortiz an up and comer because of the way they are getting paid. a 90-10 purse split. 40 mil guaranteed. common if Fraud is not taking advantage of that fighter i don't what else is going on. only a up and comer would agree to something like that. and the third guy is fraud. please list names who went through testing already not the one that said they will agree to it.

pacquaio was never special wtf. he only became the lineal flyweight title holder as a 19 year old without an amteur background. He only defeated ledwaba with 2 weeks notice and make everyone sit up and take notice. i think the mayweathers are delusional. they only see what they want to see.

This always baffles me and yet makes me laugh. Floyd Mayweather Jr says "Manny take the tests and we can fight" and Floyd is ducking? All Pac would have to do to prove that Floyd is ducking, is accept the random tests demands and the fight is on or someone is getting exposed. How much more clearer can this situation be? Mosley took it, Cotto cosigned it, Ortiz is taking it, Khan is down to take it and every other fighter. What's Manny's problem? Does he want to fight? Or is he really dirty? Pac fans are funny. First they say Floyd retired because of Pac not remembering (conveniently) that Pac was the one who didn't want to fight and went for Clottey. Then they say Floyd ain't the commission and should follow the rules of every fighter but now say that Floyd is using the tests to duck Pac but all along Many STILL hasn't agreed to anything?
