im 33, eat natural and workout 6 days a week, doing insanity asylum and

box 3 times a week and im down to 163 lbs from 172....

its all about maintaining that coordination, as hopkins does..


speed and reflexes are helpful, but if you dont have that hand eye and

hand foot coordination then you dont stand a chance

It was a good achievment for a 42yo, but thats all.

I had Tarver winning every round except for the 7th, but I'm positive the aussie paid judges had it differently. Tarver shouldve been credited a knock down in the 1st round when he connected with a left hook and Green went sprawling into the ropes!! Tarver got the clean knockdown in the 2nd though!
