Just saw the fight. In round 7 I thought Tarver looked in bad shape, but Green stepped off the gas. Then Tarver delivers those epic 20 seconds at the end of round 9.

Goodbye Green. Never liked him to be honest. I'm sure he's a nice guy, but I hate Australian boxing media. Much the same as Irish boxing media, they hype up their fighters by beating up ancient champions and declaring their prospects guaranteed future champs based on those victories.

Yep, Tarver looked like he was about to fade at that point, and Green was coming on strong, but he could not sustain it and Tarver got his second wind.

I can see Tarver going after Lebedev now. He wants wins over some of the guys who beat Jones probably.

Glen Johnson, Danny Green, and Denis Lebedev. He can't get Calzaghe and he won't beat Hopkins but I can see Hopkins losing to Dawson then moving up to Cruiserweight to beat Tarver for the IBO title and become champion in 3 weight classes. Too bad the IBO is not a major title though.
