He wasn't always like that.. In fact most of his career he was a somewhat defensive ,technical counter puncher

it was only when he starter aging that he started trading to compensate for his aging slower body...

Marquez may get knocked down, but the guy has great powers of recovery, up there with Calzaghe.

....hes been knockdown by Barrera, Mayweather, Katsidis , Pacquiao x4 ,Norwood and I remember seeing him get knocked down a couple more times when I was watching his career fights set.

Which means hes gotten knocked down ,give or take around 10 times

hes never been KO'd or stopped ... some people seem to think he has a glass jaw but I think it's a combination of his legs and his chin...
