One thing is for sure, jmm might have all the cards stacked against him but he's coming to this thing expecting to win. Is he crazy, probably....Do I respect that, absolutely. He isn't going to run, he isn't going to "just try and survive" like so many others, he's coming to win. I still got him getting stopped, but he's saying all the right things.

I'm the man that's telling U that Marquez's chin won't stand up to welterweight power.I think Marquez is a fantastic fighter,but he isn't effective at welterweight.When fighters train,they train to the lowest weight they can be strong & effective at.That's why there are weight classes.If Marquez doesn't cut down to 135,he isn't strong enough to have compatible power with a fighter that trains down to welterweight.

Sugar Shane is a much bigger man & while Marquez is superior pfp,at welterweight Shanes bigger man power hurts Marquez much more than lightweight & below power.Pfp is not litteral,weight classes are,Marquez won't beat any top 10 welterweight because they are too big,period.

Agreed. I think it has more to do with the balance of his body than anything. Most of his weight is in his upper body. To be honest I wouldn't mind if pac knocks Marquez down at least one.... All it seems to do is pi$$ Marquez off and make him fight harder lol

The Mayweather fight was a very bad matchup for JMM in terms of style because of Mayweathers defensive nature. I am rooting for JMM, because he's a solid warrior and underdog this fight.

I give Marquez much respect and admiration. He, Barrrera & Morales did not run, did not just try to survive...they went into the ring with Pacquiao with a "kill or be killed attitude." And that made all the difference; all three will be HOFs in any boxing fans book. But I have Pacquiao in the 4th or 5th round via KO or TKO (via stoppage). I'm just glad this fight finally got made.

I hope Marquez makes my ppv investment worthwhile. The last fight with Mosley was entertaining but Shane spent most of the rounds (if not all) running away from Pac. Marquez should remember that he is a Mexican just like Erik Morales.
