Sucks for your argument that USADA wasn't testing Jones when she won all those gold medals. In fact, they didn't begin their operations until October of 2000.....after the 2000 Olympic games.

On WADAs watch though who set the protocols for USADA.

If they don't know the substance they can't test for it.

USADA do a good job though and there staff are credible, but they are not the only organisation that can carry blood testing.

If Pacquiao or Arum say we object to USADA, it should not be an issue for Floyd as many organisations can carry out this task.

And if he means Floyd can get this fight he supposedly wants with Pacquiao taking the tests he wants, then he should accept USADA not carrying out the tests.

Why in the world are people going back and forth on the strength of the test? And how good USADA is? This all became irrelevant last week, when Arum said he wants WADA testing. And now WADA has come out and said USADA would be best to handle their testing in the US and that they are natural.

It the begining Pacquiao stated that having his blood taken weakens him, long before Floyd.

Roach had issues with USADA carrying out the tests.

But even though Pacquiao will feel weaking he is now willing to agree to tests.

Arums has said he doesn't want USADA carrying out the tests.

Maybe Floyd wants the tests because he knows he can pass them
