Vitali would beat Overeem in Kickboxing as well, because he was a Champion and also he is also the WBC Champion in Boxing now. Vitali and Wladimir would smash him in Boxing. Aldo has a lot of potential for Boxing, he is really talented. Overeem is an elite MMA fighter but Cain and Dos Santos are better.

An amueter Kick Boxer is the Best HW Boxer right now..... But still he loses to any c level kickboxer easily right now....

most boxers are busy calling out other boxers. there is no MMA fighter that can do anything of significance in the boxing world, but yet these guys love to talk about how they will submit a boxer in the octagon. thats great, but you're barking up the wrong tree. try keeping your sport afloat without getting Boxing involved for once.

Sapp, Choi,Mo, Rampage, Sefo and Hunt have done good in K-1 but in Boxing they wouldn't have even become top 60 with the skills they had at the time. Vitali wasn't even in his prime but was still a Kickboxing champion, now he is among the best in Boxing. The talent pool in Boxing is much deeper and the skill level is higher.

Alistair is the Wlad of MMA.... he's so persistent and determined... Ubereem has been KO'd like 5+ times yet he's continually tried to improve and not let that ruin him and now he's one of the more feared HW's, not the best HW but certainly top 5. Alistair is a different beast now so posting videos of him knocked out is like posting videos of Pacquiao getting KO'd by Torrecampo, it's irrelevant.

Some guys didn't read the article: Overeem wants to go into boxing and thinks he can start with Vitali. This has nothing to do with Vitali fighting MMA, even though he was a champ kickboxer. I can't see what would be in it for Vitali, though.

I've seen the interview Overeem doesn't really talk much about it, I think he wants to fight the Klitschkos because he'd get a lot of money.
