That's quite a high percentage, I'm sure many MMA fighters could do more than 4 rounds.

Most guys that come from Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Tae Kwondo, TMA, and Boxing have **** cardio for grapplin for 2 minutes and then standing up and throwing punches and kicks..... It takes alot of work Striking and grappling at the same time......


David Haye even mentioned how hard it is to grapple for 2 minutes and then go out there and throw punches....

Vitali would beat Overeem in Kickboxing as well, because he was a Champion and also he is also the WBC Champion in Boxing now. Vitali and Wladimir would smash him in Boxing. Aldo has a lot of potential for Boxing, he is really talented. Overeem is an elite MMA fighter but Cain and Dos Santos are better.
