P Will lost cause he's shot. Not because he has no defense/movement whatsoever and let's his hands hang to his hips.. while leaving his chin wide open.

He lost because he has no gameplan for a southpaw left hand. He's useless against it. He keeps his hands too low and his technique is bad. He's always been a flawed fighter, but the reason he's my favorite fighter is despite all his flaws he always comes to fight and never gives in or backs up.

Williams is slightly past his best but he isnt shot! This is pretty much the same fighter who fought Quintana 3 years ago. I have been watching this guy since the Matthyse fight and in every fight i have seen since then his defense has been horrible but his workrate and chin made up for it. Keep him away from slick southpaws and he will look like he did in the past.

Maybe but i dont see what the big difference in Williams is from before and now. The claim that his chin was cracked too also has no solid evidence to back it up because Lara was landing power shots all night and Williams never even touched the canvas let alone get kod.

Bold: That right there is the true root of all of Paul's current problems. He has not improved as a fighter.

He is probably shot now after the beating he took from Lara. He got hit way too much.

It was somewhat frustrating to watch Williams in that fight. As tall as he is, all he has to do is lean back and use a little guile and Lara would have been easy.

What you say is true but there's more to the story. Paul's showing his wear and tear and there are plenty of reason's why:

Accumulation of punishment and lots of it, size of his opponents who can take it and dish it out a lot better, moving up and down in weight, age and the fact that he and his trainer have a bit of a bad attitude in regards to correcting his flaws and making him a better fighter. Is he shot? I dont think he was at the beginning of that Lara fight but I do think he has noticeably slowed and that was a tremendous beating he took. I think the question is whats left?
