He basically said the commission is inept to handle over the weight penalty....So he went beyond the commission. And, set up his OWN penalties for said fights....

Again what Pac said was the commission penalties are garbage...And, had to set up his Pacquiao commission.

So ask the ****** questions again. So I can keep giving you the correct answers...And, we could go back and forth until you finally get that Pac went beyond the commission to set up his own penalties.

The fight was contracted at 144 lbs. He came in at '46... Now tell me which fight that was contracted at '47 that Mayweather failed to make weight in... since that's the weight Pacquiao wanted to fight him at.

Against others it seems like a tool to gain an advantage, but against Mayweather, I think its to stop HIM, gaining advantage and exploiting the fact.
It's not to stop him because Mayweather has never and obviously won't weigh in above 147 if they were to fight there.

It's a demand by Team Pac, for whatever reason, a simple demand, one that was easily accepted, because why would something so simple hold up a fight?

Shame the same thing can't be said for Pac's team over the last few years.

Didn't answer my question did you?

Your asking me a question I cant know the answer to, all I know is, I can only take a wild guess what Manny's motive one for those particular fights, but against Mayweather, the fact Mayweather did what he did before the Marquez fight, points strongly to why it would be more important in this fight, to STOP Mayweather grabbing an advantage.

Do you think Manny is more within his rights to ask Mayweather to do that, than the others, can I get an answer this time please, I have answered your questions.

When you can find the fight, enlighten me, because otherwise, Pacquiao has no basis for requesting that penalty, let alone at that amount.

Which is why the whole 'let the comission do thier job' **** is flawed.
