Your asking me a question I cant know the answer to, all I know is, I can only take a wild guess what Manny's motive one for those particular fights, but against Mayweather, the fact Mayweather did what he did before the Marquez fight, points strongly to why it would be more important in this fight, to STOP Mayweather grabbing an advantage.

What's pathetic about simple facts? Pacquiao's never juiced, Mayweather's never missed the 147 lb. limit, one bluff was called, the other wasn't. It's a damn request anything can be requested in a contract negotiation as long as it doesn't break the rules. But if you don't want to accept a request then don't make request.
At this point I'm fine for a fair money spit and no request for either side but that is never going to happen.
