Its so ******ed to equate that to what Manny is requesting from Floyd, it would only be comparable, if Manny had before, been found guilty of taking PED, then, you would have a reason to be skeptical, to make sure he were taking an OST.

The ONLY reason Manny asked for what he did, is because Mayweather himself, HAS, unlike Pacquiao, been found guilty of cheating the weight(Marquez), so it makes sense he would ask for it. Lets put it like this, Mayweather doesn't do what did to Marquez at the weigh in, Manny doesn't ask for that stipulation, so why are Mayweather fans acting like he's doing Manny a favour, so Manny should do one for him? No he hasn't. What fight that was made at the contracted weight limit of 147 lbs. did Mayweather fail to make?

When you can find the fight, enlighten me, because otherwise, Pacquiao has no basis for requesting that penalty, let alone at that amount.

For all we know, Roach had him do that to gain more of an advantage over Oscar, who hadn't fought at that weight for such a long time, but against Floyd, I gotta think its because of the stunt he pulled with Marquez, would you agree that would be the motive behind that one?

Against others it seems like a tool to gain an advantage, but against Mayweather, I think its to stop HIM, gaining advantage and exploiting the fact.
