You continue to double-down on that ish....right?
WADA/IOC doesn't personally conduct testing but they oversee organizations that do. Any and all organizations that conduct random olympic style tests do so only with the authority of those 2 organizations. USADA doesn't even have any authorization to test professional boxers, they just do so for the Mayweather Boxing Association (and they don't follow WADA protocol with no out of testing testing and 14-day cut off offers).

Nevada has actual authority over boxing matches in the state and can reprimand professional boxers who fail tests, whereas USADA cannot. Now, Nevada has a new random testing program with funding already.

Plus Schaefer and Floyd said they're 100% fine with that. So I ask again...

    What's the issue?

Have the fight in the UK, problem solved.

Floyd says UK fans show him more love than US fans, Floyd wants OST, Arum agrees to OST but from "neutral" people, Floyd has expressed interest in fighting in the UK.

Like I said, problem solved. Just make sure the HBO PPV starts at 9PM ET. The fight would be much bigger, gate revenue wise, in the UK.

The fight would NOT be much bigger in gate revenue in the UK (hence why Hatton always fought in the US wen he became a name).

Las Vegas pays massive site fees.

Why do you think Bob the BusinessMan keeps bringing his prize back to Vegas?

WHY IS IT SO HARD FOR YOU PEOPLE TO ADMIT THAT USADA IS THE OBVIOUS CHOICE?

IF THERE IS AN ORGANIZATION AS COMPETENT, I'M 100% ON BOARD.

The problem is, you can't name one. USADA has the facilities, staff, experience, permits, licenses, etc. USADA already tests the USA boxing team. USADA has already tested a professional boxing match and it went smooth as glass. Nobody complained.

          So, what's the issue?

There are WADA accredited doctors in the U.S who can take the urine/blood samples and send it to a WADA accredited lab. DONE !

Is Tygart the only expert at holding a cup under a man's pen*s ?

There are WADA accredited labs/facilities in LA and Salt Lake City that Nevada can easily ship/store samples to. Plus with the new Nevada Senate Bill, NSAC has the funding to run a TRULY random program. And most importantly IMO, they have the jurisdiction and authority over PROFESSIONAL Boxing matches in the state.

              So, what's the issue?
              1) USADA is not authorized to test PROFESSIONAL Boxing matches in Nevada or any state in the U.S.

              2) Because of 1, they don't have the ability to reprimand fighters who fail tests whereas the Nevada commission, which does have jurisdiction and authority, would have that ability.

              3) Because of 1, Fighters can turn down USADA testing without any repercussions. If a fighter turned down commission testing, he would be reprimanded (fined, suspended, banned, fined, etc)

              4) The funding for the program would come from ticket sales and IOC/WADA funding not from a fighter, which creates a conflict of interest (especially when said fighter is allowed to break WADA protocol and offer cut off dates and is seemingly immune to out of competition testing).

Hope that clears it up for you.

But Schaefer/Golden Boy and Floyd say that they welcome commission testing as long as they will test blood and urine randomly. Arum says the commission should conduct testing with WADA/IOC oversight. So I ask again...

              What's the issue?
