how about the floyd boys? i foresee a loooooooong and lingering career for floyd.... so dealing with those tunnel-vision/selective memory idiots will have to continue for a few more years.
I like Donaire though...he is a great american fighter. He doesn't give a **** ass about Philippines. He lives the american lifestyle and has lived here since he was a small child.

Lol at these blacks pretending to be Americans. You're Africans. Go back to sh.it hole Africa. Black makes everything in the america looks ******. I honestly think your race didn't completely evolve. You still look and act like apes.

I don't care about 2nd or 3rd negotiations because if Manny and Arum truly wanted it then the fight would have happened 2 YEARS ago. Pac turned down Floyd to fight Clottey (a lesser fighter and loser for lesser money) if that isn't a duck then I don't know what is. And don't tell me not to bring up the past because if Pac would have accepted the demand, then the fight would have been past tense, so in actuality. Pac ducked Floyd AND now that Floyd is back he is saying "Pac you're next" and "take the tests". how is Floyd to blame? All he wants is the tests and the fight could have happened and will happen. Why is that so hard for Pac fans to comprehend. Pac didn't even try to call Floyd's bluff by accepting the tests. He only said he did when Floyd was away from the sport but hasn't said a peep about them since Floyd's return. Get out of here with that BULL$H!T. Fight would have been DONE a looong time ago if it wasn't for Pac. How can you give him a pass but say Floyd is ducking him? Why does a simple blood test have to be the thorn in the side of the sport of boxing? I can't wait till the truth is fully revealed for the whole world to see. I'm guessing if Mayweather beats Ortiz that Arum will find a way for Pac to duck Floyd through the media again.

Don't even have to be a genius to see it for what it is.
really?? you cant put ANY blame on floyd???? for a guy that supposedly wanted to fight manny so bad, he was compelled to immediately retire after mosley & not have his mind on boxing. and COMPLETELY act like sergio didnt exist... floyd didnt even want to whisper sergios name. if pac was the problem, floyd couldve EASILY fought someone else. PERIOD. he couldve had fights on competing dates to PROVE he pulls more numbers...

any rational BOXING fan sees it goes both ways... kudos to floyd for ortiz, but it doesnt erase the idiotic things he's done thus far... for a man that supposedly pushed to fight pac, he was nowhere to be found & denied all negotiations ever happened... ****, he didnt even TRY to make it happen.

with the way things are going, with floyd CLAIMING to fight twice a year against top opposition... & pac continuing his TR bum fights... im sure it gives you floyd fanboys something to brag about. or at least something to look forward to.

i dont want to sound jaded, but i think we are all being jerked around... GBP & TR are both in on it... they know that the floyd/pac fight will be the end of an era (a definitive answer).... so both companies are cashing each marquee fighter with in-house money fights. they can easily coordinate and choreograph a floyd/pac trilogy and REALLY **** us for our money. LOL

BOTH companies seem to be lining up their "next big star"...

its funny, IMO, donaire is a mix of floyd & pac.... technical ability with KO power... this dudes got potential... its sad that most of his career he has been on the shelf. sad to know that he might not get his opportunity due to bad management/promotion.

with donaire being a filipino american, he has potential to cross-over like oscar. but he most likely will not get the fanatic national support from the philippines. similar to oscar not getting full love from mexico.

floyd is the record holder of the most sold fight in the history of boxing..when's pac gonna be able to do that??? He won't because he's been fighting drained victims

Hahahahaha. It takes two to tango but Oscar Dela Hoya has a bigger part on that one making it a record ppv. Dela Hoya has 5 ppv that sold 900,000-1 million buys before fighting Floyd. To be fair with Floyd, he did bring fans and he was also the 2nd most popular boxer in the US.

I foresee Arum using an elimination strategy that picks Kermit Cintron in the end...lol

You killing me talking bout he fighting bums...LOL.. He fought Hatton moving up to 140 lbs were Hatton had never lost. HAtton moved up to fight FMJ to 147. Then he fought ODH at 147 lbs again moving up in weight. Which everyone said ODH should have been ashame for taking it. But now Pac was the bad guy..LOL O yeah this was just his 3rd above 130...lol.. No one is fighting Bums. Not Floyd or Pac. They fighting best available opponents besides each other. Although I think Pac should have stayed @ 140 and fought Bradley, Alexander, Zab, and Mandiana as well as I think Floyd should have fought Cotto, Margarito, P Will, and Cintron a long time ago but they didnt so quit crying about it. They still haven't been fighting trash. Clottey could beat any Welter in the world except Floyd and Pac. and that my friend isn't garbage.

The record shattering was from the innovative idea for a 24/7 propose by Floyd. Not saying he was solely responsible, but i honestly feel the 24/7 along with Floyd's antics during the promotional tour were more beneficial than just Oscar's star power.
