    Obviously Mosley.

Is there meant to be a point here or something?
Just wondering how fighting a 37 year old Mosley coming off a 16 month layoff is considered his best when just a year later a 38 year old Mosley was a **** fight cherry pick for Manny. The man didn't get old overnight. They say hindsight is 20-20, so seeing as how Mosley gassed after 3 against Floyd and was clearly shot... how is that Floyd's best?

In the past 4 years, Floyd has only fought twice against opponents considered 8-1 underdog cherry picks for Manny. If anything, Floyd's most recent good fight was Hatton and that was in 2007, with Hatton being blown up to WW.

How? May 2, 2010 maybe? That's usually how stature changes. When you umm...fight.

Why he was chosen as The Best P4P? and being nominated as FOTY by ESPN?

Why is Floydie fighting Ortiz who isn't rank among the top ten P4P?

Why didn't Floydie appear personally in Court to confirm his allegation against Pacman? no evidences to show?

Why can't they file Formal complaints against Pacman for PED before World Boxing Bodies, or to any USA Boxing Authorities governing Professional Boxing?
        rightly so......

and to think both the US Congress and White House hosted Pac speaks well of how highly pac is on their eyes....

Nope, I don't have a problem with Floyd facing the best available welter as opposed to the best available lightweight. Pfft.

Holy ***ing god are you a notorious ***** actually trying to criticize pac for fighting Marquez?

Really? I think you might want to go back and check who Mayweather fought Sept 19, 2009

You mean when I was criticizing Floyd for doing the same? Sure! And that was two years ago!

Shane was a fighter in his late 30's coming off a year lay off to fight one of the best fighters in the world who was in their prime.
Shane of course was miles past his best but still, alot can change in a year, no?

Like for example, your last fight being impressive as opposed to your last fight being woeful?

              Doesn't that mean something?

Are you genuinely trying to claim there wasn't public demand for this fight?

I mean, after the whole Shane calling him out face to face thing?

There was obvious demand for the fight and at the time it was seen as the best option available. It's that simple.

              That's true.

Still doesn't change the fact that Mosley was generally considered the best fight option at the time.

              No, it means quite alot.

It makes it a very very impressive win for Pac.

              What's my argument?

That Mayweather's win over Mosley is better than Pac's win over Mosley.

Abd that Pac, since March 2009, although holds a very impressive win over Cotto argubally hasn't fought the best available opponents up to now.

Yet you are still singling out pac. If you wanna be as fair then criticize both equally! Both fighters are guilty of doing exactly the same things!

You arn't as fair and impartial when you sensationalize one fighters shortcomings and downplay the others. Truth be told Pac despite taking some ridiculous fights as a of late has actually fought every major contender in the welterweight division. You can conviniently poke holes in the games of Clotty, Margarito, and Cotto all u want but there is one indesputable fact. Floyd never fought those guys.

Exactly, Pacquiao was a 2-1 underdog against Oscar, 9-1 odds against him winning by (T)KO. Most of the sports world and media were in agreement that Oscar was going to maul the blown up featherweight and KO him early. Things didn't go that way and now it was PACQUIAO who cherry-picked a shot, skeleton Oscar who was Floyd's leftover from that devastating split decision.

                  Funny how these things work.

Because things change in a year. Can't they?

Like looking terrible against Sergio Mora.

Had Pac and Mayweather swapped dates which each other in regards to fighting Mosley then the exact same thing would occur.

The fact Floyd has only fought 2 times in 4 years is pretty poor, really.

Hatton is his best win since 2007, IMO.

Oh no, Hatton moved up one whole weight class! Ah man, AND he had a belt there! ****ing Mayweather camp.

I remember when Whitaker did the same thing with Azumah Nelson.

Blowing him up all the way from 126 to 130?!

                    ****ing scumbags.

                      Uhh...right.

Anyway, like I was saying (before you jumped in with your incorrect assertions about Cotto and Marquez), Manny refuses to fight the best available contender at welter. And that's all we ask for.
