It's well-known that Arum lies about Pacquiao's purses. Keith Kizer already exposed that.
Also, Oscar and GBP exposed it in their lawsuit against Top Rank.
Manny Pacquiao makes A FRACTION of what Arum claims to the press. Intelligent people already know that.
