Floyd is already on steroid since birth and that is a fact. His father, a convicted drug dealer can confess to that. Just look at the Mayweathers and tell yourself who does not look like a drug addict.

If the fight is to happen Manny has to take the test whether he wants to or not. If not then it wont happen as they are both too stubborn. The rival fans will allocate blame to the other for it never taking place but the average fan will see them equally responsible and rightly criticise them for it.
The history books wont favour either and will only show that both men could not agree to terms which ultimatley ruins their own standing given that they never got their truly career defining fight.
I find it difficult to apportion blame to either man as I can see both sides but unless they get together for some conflict resolution they will be doing boxing a diservice by denying the fans who have been paying their wages all these years.
