Corrections:
1) Pac never said he was afraid of needles. Ellerbe started that lie (see N.Y. Times article-Dec. 23, 2009).
2) There was a stalemate in the negotiations regarding cut-off date. After NINE HOURS of mediation with no progress, Pac's team decided it was useless to continue.
NINE HOURS! That is longer than a days work! And still no progress. It could have been a month and there would still be no progress. Both sides refused to budge further.

OK, but even if Pac never said he was afraid of needles. Why should he be so relutctant to take the test closer than the 30 day's he required when he did it for Hatton? Did you read that in my post as well? Even Bob Arum admitted that Pac should be willing to compromise that since he did for Hatton BUT the fight didn't happen.

Floyd's type of test is not OST! It's a FARCE! It gives him a loophole to cheat! If he really wanted to insure fairness, he should have asked for the true OST.

It will only show that Pac is, in high probability, clean since he is tested more regularly because he fights on a regular basis. That is not the case with Floyd. He takes long vacations in between fights. It gives him the best opportunity to cycle.

If he accepted like you are saying he did. Why is Floyd still screaming that Pac should accept the tests? Why hasn't Ellerbe, Roger, Sr or Jeff come out and said that it was for sure a 2nd and 3rd negotiation where Pac accepted the terms? Bob Arum and Pac are trying harder to sue Floyd in court then they are trying to get a fight with him in the ring. The first negotiations are not irrelevant considering Pac fans continue to say Floyd ducked Pac when in actuality Pac ducked Floyd over these damn tests. We will see after Ortiz and JMM. You expect me to believe Pac agreed to the tests but he was also saying things like this.....

“I said ‘Manny, when will you fight Floyd Mayweather?’ He said, ‘He don’t want to fight me’.

“I joked, ‘Get off them drugs then’ and he replied, ‘Amir, I will never take a drug in my life but when Mayweather is demanding I take tests every day it is mental and I’m not ready for that’.”

So Mosley and Ortiz are dumb for taking the tests to try and beat the best fighter in the sport of boxing, who so happens to be undefeated and VERY famous? You would not take a test to accomplish this? You make no sense AT ALL and the fact that you are justifying Pac ducking the tests with such a lame excuse shows that you are just a fan of Pac. Do you realize that's the whole reason why we haven't saw the fight yet? And you are a supporter of this?

but yeah, i guess to you people its much more logical that somehow Pac would take some super duper PED that makes him from a one-dimentional easy money fight to someone floyd sr is afraid jr would face in less than 6 days.
