I was flat out in shock when I saw him in the ring against Berto. Berto is no small WW and Ortiz was much bigger. I really have no clue how he was making 140 as long as he did. He looked like a JMW in the ring that night.

for the berto fight he re-hydrated to almost 156 so I would say that he is bigger than average.
