You can't afford current PPV's and don't go to the bar, they NEVER play Whittaker fights on TSN or ESPN Canada,

so where have you seen his fights?

Which ones? And what did you think?

Because no one has any Pernell Whittaker fights on VHS or DVD right? Yes, along with Harry Greb and Sugar Ray Robinson at welterweight, Sweet Pea is one of the forgotten marvels of the prize ring. Completely inacessible to those who werent there to cheer him on at ringside.

It's a fair question, the kid is 16.

If he has Whittaker fights on tape I'd be impressed.

My grandfather has about 12 of his fights on VHS.

I lost almost all of my good Whitaker fights on my comp. I only have him against Nazario, Mayweather, Chavez and I think I have he McGirt fight.

As hard as it is to get Pea fights...its even harder to find Zoom Nelson fights.

and I've seen Mcgirt 1 and 2 and Delahoya along with Roger Mayweather...that's it but I've seen clips of Pernell so I know how he fights.

                deat bozo no no,

there's way too many posts to read but i'll respond directly to yours. i completely agree with everything you said about james. i've had the chance of meeting james outside the ring. a true character to be sure but seriously, he is a walking boxing encyclopedia. he can hold his own with any boxing historian including bert sugar.

he has "swager" which most boxers can't ever say the word properly. when he retires, he's a shoe-in for the hall of fame but i hope that he will team with freddie roach and become a co-trainer of fighters. i think he'd he awesome!!!!!!!!

That's pretty typical that PBDS trolls around and reads without posting.

But unfortunatly the only "number" you have is 21. As in channell 21, where you watch "In this Corner" and steal opinions and present them as your own.

                      Where did you meet JT?

I was hoping I would have ran into him when I was in Vegas earlier this year, but he had stayed in LA getting ready for the Ruiz fight.
