It's gonna do better. People LOVE a good comeback story, especially if the guy coming back fits the criteria of what alot of casual fans like. Ortiz is a good looking kid, speaks Spanish and English well, has a good story, and he has a good personality. Not only that but the kid is a walking highlight reel. If Schaefer is serious about this, then he needs to promote Ortiz like no other, because it has the potential to go beyond 1.4million PPV buys. You just need to promote the right guy correctly, which is Ortiz.

yup. ortiz has already been on the spanish version of fnf on espn deportes, he seemed like he can do good interviews. i'm sure if 24/7 is aired on tbs, gbp can get him a spot on lopez tonight (george lopez's late night talk show on tbs). and like you said, he's a highlight reel with a backstory, this ppv will make more than 1.4M imo, easy if the 24/7 does good.

This fight does better than ANY PPV Pac has ever done. This is a great fight that is better than Pacs last 3 fights. Easily. Everything about it is just BETTER which makes the pacterds bitter. Don't worry pacterds, the scared pac pie will fight ortiz next year.
