Best promoted fight. I wonder what number Schaefer will throw out this time, 5 or 6 million PPV buys?

You are absolutely right! After Mayweather beats him, the Pac worshippers won't consider it that big of a deal because he will simply have beaten a guy who quit against Maidana at a lower weight. When Pac beats him a year later, after Ortiz comes back after the Mayweather loss to defeat a journeyman, it will contribute to Pac's legacy because he has beaten another former world champion and one of the toughest young fighters in the world. And when it is reported that the fight sells a lot fewer PPVs, they will claim it will be because Pac is not American.

Please enlighten us ****** *****s and tell us when Mayweather should have fought Clottey? Shoud he have fought Clottey after Clottey lost to Cotto (oh wait, Clottey wasn't available because Bob Arum sacrificed him to Pacquaio after the Cotto fight); or should he have fought Clottey after Clottey beat Diego Corrales, the man that Mayweather knocked out at 130 years earlier; or should he have fought Clottey after Clottey was disqualifed for his illegal tactics against Carlos Baldomir, the man that Mayweather defeated by winning every minute of every round? Unlike your god, Manny, Floyd doesn't fight journeymen and over-the-hill former contenders.

If coming in two pounds above the agreed-upon catchweight is cheating, what do you consider making your opponent come down two pounds in weight to fight for your opponent's championship belt in a catchweight fight?

Arguing with PaClowns is like shooting fish in a barrel -- after you shoot the first one, it ceases to be fun.

Mosely, Cotto, Marg, Clottey, all beat Ortiz.. Even a Marquez outboxes Ortiz..

Floyd fans have been bamboozled.. and NO WAY did or have I ever agreed that Pac vs. Shane was a solid match up.. Shane was old when Floyd fought him and was old when Pac fought him..
            Youre dreaming.

Schaefer sure likes to talk out of his a$$. Sounds like a used car salesman trying to pass off a datsun as a mercedes. Mayweather-Ortiz is a mismatch.

Ortiz doesn't even want to hear the word "Maidana". He goes all hostile every time it is brought up and dismisses Maidana as an opponent. Dude doesn't want a rematch, he knows he'll get spanked again by his daddy

It may sound racist or intolerant or even prejudice, and for that I apologize (as that is not my intention); however, it's time for the promoters to stop taking advantage of our passion/pastime by trying to fool us into buying a fight by simply putting a Latino fighter on the card. Especially when one fighter is reported to make $40 million and the Hispanic fighter is reported to only make about $2 million... I will not be contributing to that. Those of you who feel the same way, join me! Those of you who don't, don't.
De La Hoya and Golden Boy generally throw their own Mexican fighters under the bus. Look what they did to Juan Manuel Marquez when he fought Floyd. They practically knew Mayweather wasn't going to honor the 144 catchweight agreement. Instead, Schaefer promoted how it was going to be the most anticipated weigh-in ever!! Remember that ****???

Now Golden Boy is saying that Canelo and Morales will be on the undercard fights....who's going to pay for their normal purse rates? Did they agree to take a pay cut?? I guarantee Mayweather believes that he is the cash cow and all the revenue should go to him!! If Golden Boy pays Canelo and Morales their normal rates, Floyd will go ape **** and say they are cutting into his pie!!

                    Stop talking ****.

Maidana knows what happened in that fight, and he dont want none of Vic.

                    Just like Manny.
