this is true but as far as pure power - if they were throwing their hardest shots at a heavy bag measuring pounds per square inch, the Ortiz is stronger.

Ive been trying to tell them that but they take it as your dissing Manny and they get real defensive. Manny is an accurate fast FAST puncher who punches with all his body weight behind him because he can because of his fast footwork where as Ortiz is not as fast or as accurate but he hurts people everytime that he lands on them wether it be an arm shot or an actual shot with all his weight behind it. Ortiz has heavier hands but that doesnt mean in any way that Ortiz is a better fighter or anything like that. Roach has said that he had to stop Manny from sparring Ortiz because they were hurting each other too much and that would be counterproductive to Manny getting ready for a fight to have a sparring partner constantly hurt him even with head gear and 18 0z gloves. So what does that tell you guys about Ortiz's punching power?
