These court matters are arranged MONTHS , even up to a year in advance. it all depends on what available dates the court has in it's always crowded ,overbooked calendar. And the protagonists have the option of asking for postponments. The Judge has the option of either accepting and rescheduling or not. He would generally grant it if he could easily reschedule. He chose not. Nothing to do with either Pacquiao nor Arum.
