I'm beginning to think Floyd picking up the tab on funeral expenses for Genaro Hernandez was more about his own "image control", "window dressing", to make himself "look good". So his attorney sought to reschedule this deposition this past Friday, and would "present Mayweather AFTER his Sept 17th fight with Ortiz", and the court DENIED that request!!! That doesn't mean you go ahead and blow it off anyway, because you're Runaway Floyd Mayweather! It's not according to your schedule or your timing Floyd. It's not about what's 'convenient' for you, Runaway Floyd. The court could care less about your appointment and payday with Victor Ortiz later in the year, the court is concerned with your appointment with them this past Friday you chose to blow off. And your attorney should be strung up too!

the judge didnt want anything. he simply sided with team pac. he did not want any "court date". a deposition is part of the discovery phase of a trial. it has nothing to do with court dates and it is up to the lawyers to request dates not the judge. the judge just refused to let mayweather postpone. but the date was most certainly set by pacs legal team. now if u cant understand this there there is truly no hope for u.
