it's funny that floyd was on vacation for over a year and we heard nothing of this lawsuit. but as soon as he has a fight lined up now all the sudden team pacquiao wants him in court. if people can't see what's going on here they are blind!!

I'm beginning to think Floyd picking up the tab on funeral expenses for Genaro Hernandez was more about his own "image control", "window dressing", to make himself "look good". He certainly can't be responsible, credible, held accountable to the courts, the law, the IRS, for his repeated history for thinking he's above the law. So his attorney sought to reschedule this deposition this past Friday, and would "present Mayweather AFTER his Sept 17th fight with Ortiz", and the court DENIED that request!!! That doesn't mean you go ahead and blow it off anyway, because you're Runaway Floyd Mayweather! It's not according to your schedule or your timing Floyd. It's not about what's 'convenient' for you, Runaway Floyd. The court could care less about your appointment and payday with Victor Ortiz later in the year, the court is concerned with your appointment with them this past Friday you chose to blow off. And your attorney should be strung up too!
