Let's see here. Mayweather asked for the USADA testing in the first negotiations, which came after Pac fought Cotto. Pacquaio did about 800K PPV buys with Clottey, a million with Margarito, and 1.3M with Mosley. Can't see how Top Rank can claim claim a loss of future income when Pac has been doing those type of numbers with that level of dance partners. Actually, it seems like his popularity has risen.

even if manny takes the test...win/loses to mayweather..how would that change your mind on his accomplishments. especially when said these test don't prove much..
