Court dates are set many months in advance, and unless there are life or death circumstances, the judge will decide on the dates. Your su****ion of collusion and conspiracy is astoundingly obtuse.
I believe that you are suffering from delirium and ignorance that stem from consuming too much refuse from Mayweather's **** cavity.Comment

very true...........And Bob Arum, Pac, Roach and his fans expect the fans of boxing to believe that they have been trying to negotiate a fight with Floyd Mayweather Jr since the failure of the first negotiations due to Team Pac? Sounds like they want to beat Floyd in court more than in the ring.Comment

Nyee, heh heh!!!
D****! Foiled again!!!
Floyd and 50 = Emperor and Vader
If you want to believe this conspiracy, go for it. Sounds silly to me, though.
Unfortunately, I'm sure you'll have friends who will think the same.
Good luck!Comment

Well, not 100% of the time. However, most of the time that is correct, the burden of proof lies on the accuser, petitioner, plaintiff.
The biggest thing to consider is that you only need a majority amount of proof to win a civil case (51%). Best example of this in recent times is the OJ trial. In the criminal case he was acquitted, but in the civil case he was found at fault and had to pay damages. This was due to the amount of evidence needed in civil vs. criminal court.
With that said, it could conceivably be in favor of Pacquiao's attorney vs. Mayweather's attorney to prove defamation of character.
Again, I don't really give a hoot, but if I was in Mayweather's shoes, I would just concede and move on. There's a time to stay true and a time to concede. I believe, for Mayweather, in this instance, the latter is best. However, his ego, I'm sure, would disagree whole-heartedly.Comment

Well why doesn't he just show up and say what you just said? If they really have nothing on him, then should have no problems stating his case and avoiding all the problems that comes with no showing. For the record, Floyd has referenced Pacquaio juicing, plenty of times in interviews. From of the top of my head, that infamous radio interview he did with that white rapper and his "power pellets" tirade. This law suit is a joke. They dont have **** on lil Floyd. Now Roger and Sr. are the ones that said Mannys juicing. All lil Floyd ever did was ask for OSDT, which is his right. Lil Floyd only does about 3 interviews a yr, when hes not fighting, so what could they possibly have on him? Hes never said Mannys dirty. His name only on that lawsuit because he has money. They cant get anythang out of Roger and Sr.Comment
