Did he say it directly? Nah, he say it indirectly? Yes, is that enough to sue him? Maybe, is that enough to found him guilty? Maybe...

I'm going to just leave it to the lawyers. Mayweather doesn't have to make any statements. Pac's team has the burden of proof. What that means is that they have to prove that PBF said that he knows that Pac has taken steroids. And then they have to prove that his statements did irreparrable harm to Manny's reputation. Proving slander is one of the hardest cases out there. Unless you have hard evidence with PBF claiming that he has some sort of roid evidence against pac, or something then I really don't see this case going anywhere.

*****s worry too much. they don't deserve to live in america and other advanced countries. innocent until proven guilty. they deserve to live in third world countries. guilty until proven innocent.

Bascially saying Pac has his resume because of PEDS. Its Floyds choice to sit on the sidelines and not fight if he chooses to. But dont then make accusations to people who do choose to get in the ring and risk their lives.

so wait...just cause Mayweather IMPLIES he might have taking something or questions his rise up in weight keeping his power and speed, Manny sues him?...lol

People do this everyday......do you watch CNN or FOX or MSNBC? They implie and they offer their opinions about people....why is Pac the only person in the US right now suing someone for defamation...it happens to stars, actors, entertainers, atheletes & celebs all the time...

you ever heard of Freedom of Speech or opinion?

whats funny is that since all this madness about PEDs came out...Pac has become bigger, more recognized with more endorsments.....

how has it ruined his reputation?

And the reason hes after Floyd is because he has elephant bucks.. Paulie doesnt, nor does Roger or Sr
so Pac is suing because Mayweather has more money? because Sr., Roger & Paulie have made much harsher claims than Floyd has...

All I have heard Floyd say is " Lets BOTH take the test to prove we are both clean". I haven't heard Floyd directly say that Manny is on steroids.

Will Roger, Floyd Sr. & Malignaggi be named in the defamation suit and forced to testify?

No suit was made against Paulie, just the Mayweathers, Uncle Roger and Daddy Floyd too.

But the Judge is asking for Floyd's deposition, for him to give evidence under oath.

This is really nothing to do with Pacquiao, Floyd has to respect the law, if he can't, the law will make him.

Paulie was not sued because he made one or two silly statements, while the Mayweather have launch a campaign against Pacquiao, to try and discredit his standing in boxing.

Floyd is not going win this one, the only question is how much money will Pacquiao take off him.

How many people have questioned that if he is playing on a level playing field on here.

Many have blatantly claimed that he is definitely using PEDs.

I'm sure the lawyers will find an adequate sum to compensate Pacquiao for his tarnished reputation down to Mayweather's unfounded lies.
