Before Tarver, if not for a golden era of welterweights, B-Hop would have been nothing more than a former RJ victim that feasted on RJ's leftovers. If not for the great welters of Hagler's time, how would he be remembered?
Don't talk nonsense for heavens sake, you weren't there and know nothing about Hagler. I was and DO know. Hagler was the uncrowned Middleweight king for years before he got a title bout. He must have had at least 50 fights before he could get the champ to face him. Then he was done out of an easy win by only being given a draw.

There's nothing he doesn't know about boxing and all it's ramifications.

As for the NSAC commission, they handle what procedure are they going to undergo. Boxing is under by NSAC so I think there's no argument about that.
You don't need to enhance my memory, I think I stated it pretty clear.

This is a statement that proves that Pac would not fight Miguel unless he conceded to a weight he was unwilling to make initially. Forced is a good word for situations like this.

Pac already agreed to the terms and Gayweather still wont fight him because he's scared. He got what he asked for and no longer has any excuse not to fight other than the fact he knows he will lose his precious 0 in his loss column. A true Champion wouldnt let that hold him back from fighting in the biggest fight in the history of the sport since Ali-Foreman

Cotto was NOT forced to fight Manny P. at 145. He wasn't short of money. He could have refused if he thought he couldn't make it. But he fought for years at 140, and had no difficulty in making 145.

I don't know about him being his employer, but if they fight, Floyd will show him who his DADDY is!

Hagler never ducked or dodge anybody.

He knows a true warrior when he sees one (Pacquiao).

He knows a lil b*tch when he sees one (Mayweather).
