Anyone who argues against drug testing is a moron. How would someone look telling a job employer, "nah, I don't want to take a random drug test, I'm good." The drug testing is not an unreasonable request.

But Maywather is not pacquiao's employer..lol.. Nsac gives drug test not mayweathr, Pacquiao is not applying for a job with mayweather. & in boxing there is a ruling commission that handles what tests athletes should take. athletes shouldnt dictate what test his opponents should take.

I think Hagler thinks Mayweather is asking Pacquiao to take a test by himself and is not aware that Mayweather is going to take the test as well.
