All of this rings completely hollow. Pirog should be doing more, but acting like Barker is some big name that Pirog isn't is just an excuse.

I'm not saying Martinez is ducking Pirog, but he has no reason to be fighting Barker while saying Pirog is nobody.

When you fight Paul Williams and Kelly Pavlik back to back to back it's ***ing ****** to sit here and say Sergio is afraid and is ducking some obscure Russian fighter who has a win over a ***ing prospect. Whatever happened to "earning" a title shot. U know how they did back in the old days? I guess that doesn't apply if you have like 5 fans and sheer sheep on your days off.
Barker hasn't even done that. Pirog also has a title, something Barker doesn't.

Who has Barker beat? You're just being plain ignorant if you think Barker is more deserving than Pirog.

Im not saying barker is more deserving! Im saying that Pirog is just as undeserving as Barker. Neither fighter deserves the shot but Dibella couldn't get a big name so hes stuck having to match his fighter with another obscure European.

Chavez should be fighting Martinez. If you have a belt, you should be fighting other beltholders. Chavez is ducking Martinez, for obvious reasons. Martinez's first priority after trying to secure money fights, which he can't, should be to unify the division.

He can't fight Darren Barker and then have the people around him running their mouth about Pirog not being big enough for a Martinez fight. Pirog makes sense. It's a fight that should happen. Darren Barker makes no sense and is just an easy fight to take so Martinez can keep trying to whore himself out for a money fight.

Nobody to be honest! Everyone in that division is pretty underskilled. Sturm might make things intresting seeing that he's the longest raining beltholder but he wont ever leave Germany again after the De la hoya robbery.

How the hell does pirog make more sense? And Sergio already tried the whole fighting Beltholders thing before. HBO rejected Sabastian Zbik!
