But there's a legitimate question mark about Cotto-Margarito, and it was also a tremendous fight Cotto was dominating until Margarito came on. Pacquiao destroyed Cotto, there's no need for a rematch and it would be just as bad as Pacquiao fighting Margarito, Mosley, and Marquez.

U think it'll be as bad as those 3??My goodness,I do not.But since U mention those 3 fights in a row,how far fetched does it really sound??

Margarito is further in decline than Cotto but Cotto may still have problems with him.

He still doesn't clinch and he still can't fight backing up so I think even though Margarito is quite far in decline I still think he brings problems.

It depends on how Margarito's power is and if he did use plaster in the first fight (Not saying he did) he is taking a huge risk rematching Cotto because if his power has little effect on him then there is alot to talk about and suggest.

I didn't say it won't happen, the way Arum and Pacquiao are ripping people off it's probably in line after Marquez. But what about Cotto has changed that would make him do better against Pacquiao? He still can't handle pressure, still has no defense, still can't box well enough to stop Pacquiao, so if anything he gets beat worse.

It's pointless, every bit as pointless as the last three fights Pacquiao has taken.

I don't want to see Pacquaio beat the hell out of Cotto again, the styles all wrong for Cotto.

            He doesn't deserve it.

But, if it's offered, he will take it. Cotto will fight anyone Arum puts infront of him.

Agreed. I'd like to see Cotto avenege his loss against Marg. Forget the Pacquiao rematch, there's no unfinished business there. If he convincingly beats Margs, I love to see him take on Martinez at 154.

All that may or may not be true.I'm presuming if the rematch happened it would be closer to the 154 limit than the welterweight limit. That will play a large factor in the outcome.I feel that a bigger Cotto who doesn't stand & slugg & assumes that he's bigger can take a page from Mosley & box & move to a ud.But we'll see meh bwoy!!
