Against Floyd (Ortiz) has a better chance at winning, seeing that Floyd fought JMM at 147 and he was bloated and too slow.

Against Manny (Ortiz) has a better chance seeing that he is bigger and his body could sub-stain that 145-147 weight, once again unlike Marquez.

Floyd destroyed Marquez at 147, and so will Manny.

I think both Marquez and Ortiz pose a bit more of a threat to both fighters then they would like. Marquez has got a style to give Pac problems & Ortiz is a young, fast & strong southpaw.

Ortiz is a better fight for Mayweather. Marquez is a better fight for Pacquiao. Even better that they are both decent tuneups for preparing against the other fighter as well.

Well they say that Pac is the star so JMM must follow his requirements, but Pac could have easily made 135, why fight him at that 145-147 weight class, the same weight-class that everybody blasted Mayweather for fighting him.
