So tell me if this isn't a perfect opponent for floyd. Who the hell is picking ortiz to win. The guy who had problems against JrWW like lamont peterson, quitted against Madaina is being overlooked by a his win against an overrated Berto.

Ortiz is a welter, and a completely different fighter at 147.

Anybody who is CHOOSING to evaluate a boxer on a performance three years ago, rather than his most recent fight in his natural weight class, should give themselves an uppercut = fact.

That's funny, all that you said about ortiz is the exact same thing u can say about manny fighting marquez @ 144lbs in 2011, when mayweather proved marquez can't fight above 140lbs last year. Smh, seriously who the hell is picking marquez to win. Bottom line is there are legitimate threats and challenges for both fighters if they chose not to fight each other, at least mayweather doesn't mind taking on a challenge and after 16months off if there is anybody who deserves a tune up it should be him.
