      Well said!!!

It's too early for Ortiz to face MayRunner. A good matchup for Floydie only, it's expected that Ortiz will lose the fight. It's too premature, if Ortiz loses then his potential to earn more is gone. Fans loves this kind of fight but the outcome is Ortiz may retire poor! Fans will be happy but the loser will not benefit from it. What will happen to Ortiz after boxing???

With Arum's style of promoting his fighters and Champs....he milks them....he cooks them well then let them simmer for a while then serve's them right....Arum get's rich and so does his Champs....just look at Delahoya, MayRunner, Cotto and Pacquiao....they got rich at Arum's stable....and so will Chavez Jr....their life after boxing will be secured!

Anyone knows of any other fighter that got rich and stayed a millionaire under the promotions of GBP, Shaw, diBella, King, etc.?

Interesting, i might bet a 100dollar on Ortiz then if betting odds goes 10 to 1.
Instead of paying it on PPV on both sh!it fights, there's a chance i might make money if Ortiz gets lucky..

Arum is trying to work the media by making it seem like once again Mayweather is doing the sport wrong by fighting one of the top fighters of the weightclass. He mad. Mayweather took a long vacation and let Pacquiao fight shot or damaged fighters and in one tweet severely dented Pacquiao's resume by comparision.

Arum will always be a lying scumbag. He matches his top fighters only with TR contenders so if in order they lose he has the winner of the fight signed with him.

No matter who Floyd would had picked after his layoff it would be critiized.

IMO for a 16 month of inactivity and an very live opponent to get ready for Pac Ortiz fits the bill.

It is not a blockbuster fight but it could had been a lot worst of opponent

See thats why I like when Bob talks because he always exposes himself.

How many years have people been claiming that Floyd ducked Cotto?

              Bob Arum:
I wouldn't have wasted or thrown a young guy like Ortiz into this match with Mayweather at this particular point in his career.
I just wouldn't do it because there is no way that Victor Ortiz is ready to fight someone like Floyd mayweather. There just isn't.

This article should show you how Bob the promoter thinks.
              Keep doing interviews Bob.
The truth is finally coming out.

arum doesn't care about boxing all he cares about is money he keeps all of his fights in house he always says let the fight mature so it's worth more he just wants to make more money out the fighters for example lopez vs gamboa and look what happened

This snake just said Floyd would never take an Ortiz fight last week now Ortiz isn't ready. Ortiz immediately challenged Pacroid and Arum made excuses while Pacroid continues to fight retreads. Pacroid doesn't deserve a fight with Floyd. Bring on PBF vs Martinez. **** PACROID!!!!!!!! We wanna see drug free fighters that will submit to any test.

I agree for the most part but if Floyd brought Martinez down to 154 I dont see how anyone other than the most diehard Pac fans could criticize that move. Hopefully if Pac May cant be made will get Martinez Mayweather next.
