Hatton was a former Welter champ by defeating collazo, I don't wanna hear that move up non sense, once again I will use the same lines Pac fans use "he agreed to the weight and the terms of the fight" that's yalls excuse for catchweights.

yea lets be clear fighting at welter weight helps hatton no end, in terms of himself, but not opponent wise, he just cant push around those guys that is all.

Manny Pacquiao and his promoter have been pre booking his fights for the last 2 years. Dude, posts like yours are getting pretty old. Serious boxing fans who have followed the sport for years understand what Arum and Pacquiao are doing, and why their doing it. Manny may not be scared to fight Floyd, but he has proven very reluctant to make his own decision regarding whom he should fight. We can only hope May 2012 the fight becomes reality.

Now you are talking about Victor Ortiz, I heard Manny Pacquiao almost KO'd this boy during one of their sparring. Cherry picking is what Mayweather is doing now. He likes to fight a damaged goods...and you guys know very well that Victor Ortiz is not ready to fight the experience of Floyd Maynever. What the world would like to see is Pacquiao/Maynever event. Schaefer never mention the multiple court cases of Mayweather Jr., whether such legal problem would affect Mayweather jr Boxing future.

In the case of Floyd Jr., past opponents, such as Marquez, the fight result would have been different if it was done in 135lbs where Marquez is more effective. Mosley's statement on Pacman, is much much better than Schaefer' opinion.

On Hatton, even Floyd SR who trained Hatton boastfully stated prior to fight, that Hatton would easily beat Pacman!

BWAA, picked Pacman as 2 time Fighter of the Year, for me that is a clear statement who Pacman is!

Pacquiao is an active fighter. He can't fight all the fighters you want at the same time......Marquez, MayRunner, Bradley, Canelo, ortiz, berto, etc....or maybe Martinez...... Just line them up one by one and he will face them all before he retires.... then afterwards you will ask... who have Pacquiao not faced in his career?

With Floydie GayRunner....he'll cherry-pick his opponent....takes a vacation ...or semi-retires...then later on maybe cherry-pick again......then again ask yourself the same question.....Who have MayRunner not faced in his career?

Its funny how if Floyd fights, he is only expected to fight manny, but that doesn't go for manny, who turned down the original contract and since then bob has had his next opponent lined up before his current fight had even taken place.

ill be honest im surprised and impressed with mayweather's selection of victor ortiz. while ortiz isn't in pac's league, he is a young, strong, dangerous fighter with a lot of confidence right now.
