He doesn't need to, the commission knows whats going on, they can easily go "hey thats a good idea" the thing about it is boxing is corrupt, alot of fighters can't afford to pay for OST from USADA, they barely make enough out of there purses.

But there are some fighters that can afford it, and for the fighters that can't there promoter should foot the bill, but like I say boxing is corrupt and has been 20-30 before Mayweather or Pacquiao were even born.

Bob Arum has been doing sneaky deals, 30-40 years people either was born, did you think Bob Arum was a new promoter?

Of course he doesnt NEED TO. The point is, that if he truly cared, that's what he would do - then he could legitimately claim that he has taken the steps the right way. Is boxing corrupt - yes. But for the most part, the Commissions do the right thing - especially the big ones like Nevada, New York, New Jersey. I worked for a boxing promoter for many years (not Top Rank or Golden Boy) and dealt with many commissions on a regular basis.
Is it guaranteed that they would grant Floyd's request - no.
But, theyre not going to say - "Oh, what we heard through the media about floyd askin for better steroid testing, thats a good idea, and we'll implement it in this fight, should it ever be signed." - c'mon.
But if Floyd applied to them and said, "please implement this testing for this fight." It could legitimately happen

Actually, not completely true. I know a few boxers who feel weak when they give blood, and will take day off from training b/c of it. That being said, honestly, a 5 day cutoff is fair. That way you arent goin to be weak for the fight b/c u cant be tested in the last few days leadin up to the fight, and your tested right after the fight - so how much could anyone "roid up in 1 or 2 days" - nothin to make a difference.
