you're WRONG. pac wants a 14 day cut off date, he wouldn't agree to 7 days or even full random testing. lets say pac is tested & they end it at 14 days out....this destroys the randomness & it gives the fighter a chance to roid up for 3 weeks straight. things like epo only takes 2 days to enter the body 100% & RIOD up the fighter completely.

but lets say there were no cut off dates......the fighter wouldn't roid in the last 1 or 2 weeks because he wouldn't know if they were gonna test him within those last weeks because it's totally random.....so he would be afraid/paranoid & might feel harrassed......but a fighter with nothing to hide would care less.
