I don't know what you walked away from that video thinking you knew, but Manny never said that he would that USADA tests up until the day. Manny's adviser and friend Michael Koncz confirmed that.

Get DuBoef in a room with Haymon, and let them hammer out a deal for a Spring 2012 fight. Draw contracts that take effect immediately once both guys win their next respective fights, if one loses obviously the deal is off. Marquez has a similar deal with Manny.
