It doesn't matter that Hopkins said he would've because he didn't. For all we know, Pascal could've brought it up during contracts and Hopkins would've said no anyway. Its easy to say that after they're past the contract phase. Don't you agree?
And what about all the fighters that have never taken the test that have done the similar things to Pacquiao? Robinson, Armstrong, Greb, Langford? Hell, Willie Pep was in a plane crash where they never thought he'd walk again. He ended up coming back and still showing he was an incredible fighter. Was he on PED's? What about Langford and Greb beating up on people when they were partially blind? They are not on PED's man. Its all a ploy by Mayweather.
