What more do you want? EVERYONE involved in the negotiations, including Joy Jr, said Pacquiao agreed to the blood and urine tests. Amateur testing never held up a Mayweather fight, was never even an issue until the name Pacquiao was thrown at him and Sr. has made it clear he'd die before he let his boy get in the ring with Manny. Amateur testing is not the reason for Sr's and the Mayweather clans fear.

Your boy is foul, im sorry, there is no reason not to be taking the test?? Did you or Pacquiao really think that this test was gonna make OST disappear?? The only way this could FOLD against Mayweather is if all boxers were running from OST...but there NOT!!

You forgot to put Hopkins on the list with Pacquiao. And it doesn't work that way. Of course they would agree to take the test, they all need the payday while Pacquiao clearly does not need the money to the point where he will give into Mayweather's demands. I though mostly everyone realized the test is not about cleaning up the sport but apparently there are quite a few people who are misinformed...
