I sort of agree with Roger. Of course Ortiz isn't a better fighter than Manny, because his accomplishments in the ring fall far short to his. But I have no doubt Ortiz is a tougher fight for Floyd than Pacquiao would be. He's technically and defensively sound, something Manny can't boast. I've always thought Floyd would badly outclass Manny, but Ortiz has a great shot at taking Floyd's 0.

i have never said 1 bad thing about floyd OR pac. i am a big fan of BOTH fighters.

i am also a fan of victor ortiz. and i am very hyped for floyd vs. ortiz.

but let's be real: ortiz is not better than pac lol.

nope...the mayweathers always pick the easier less riskier fights....the fact that they shied away from a more lucrative fight with pac for so many times now attest to this...vic a tune up? dont think so.....pbf will again go to retirement after the vic pay day

Nope. Ortiz will beat Floyd. Floyd is overrated and couldn´t Ko midget Marquez, nor hurt him. He was even backing up. Floyd is boring, hugs, runs. He´s a coward.

Floyd vs Manny is a real match up. Floyd camp claims Manny 's just fighting Floyd's leftovers and he is fighting a fresh and strong fighter, Ortiz. On the other hand, Manny who has fought all of Floyd's (as his camp says leftovers) and beat them real better than what Floyd did save for Marquez who gave him a difficult time. Moreover, Manny has fought real welter weights like Cotto, Margaritto and Clottey who Floyd never had the courage to fight these guys. We don’t know why Floyd denied the fights from these guys (maybe he ducked them?).

At this point, what i see is ... the Mayweahers are still so hot throwing a lot of trash talk to Pacquaio despite the law suit filed against them. It may be just a matter of time when the action will start in the court ring not in the boxing ring.

Manny is just relaxed and remained calm to all these allegations by the Mayweathers because he firmly believes he doesnt need Mayweather at this point in his career when already he has attained the pinnacle. He's got everything not only wealth but honor and pride when he won the sentiments, trust and confidence of his people who voted for him to win a seat in the congress. Do you think if ever Floyd would run for a seat in the US Fed government he will win?

Even the president of the USA, ***** acknowledged Manny's achievement by inviting him in the white palace for a face to face chat which Floyd never had the opportunity getting all these accolades.

We understand what Floyd is going thru now , he's been in a lot of money squandering and felony charges and more than a year away from the profession that gave him wealth which is boxing. now he is returning into the ring ? for what? maybe just for personal reasons. But the most important thing is, he better makes it sure this time that he puts all his resources and energy in the right direction by facing Pacquiao in the ring without FEAR in his heart and prove to the world that he is still the best.

Floyd, have you not been getting tired of being called by a lot of people even your fans as .. “a black chicken ass hole”??
