Chavez was getting with clean shots to a guy with only 10 knockouts and lets not forget that he was weighing at 180 so just imagine what Sergio would do if he gets his hands on jr... Boxing is more of a business then it was in the 70's and 80's plus we all know how Arum runs is circuit so I don't see this fight happening at all... Jr. the bum and arum will avoid any and all serious threats at all costs. They will focus on fighting washed fighters like cotto, margarito, and sorry ass European fighters with little or no recognition. Sergio Martinez is not a Top Rank fighter so Bob Arum will steer Chavez Jr. far away from him.

In fact if the WBC forces Jr. to honor Sergio's challenge I expect Arum to tell him to vacate the belt.
