        they both beat him IMO

That's what a lot of people were saying when Martinez fought Williams(twice) & when he fought Pavlik & look at how they ended up & these 2 guy's are taller than Chavez jr & the weight won't be a problem cause once Martinez lands 1 on his chin or body, it's OVER!

              Typical Bob Arum bull****.

HBO televises Sergio's fights and would put money behind a Martinez-Chavez Jr. showdown.

But Sergio is not a Top Rank fighter, and Arum won't let his guys lose against non-Top Rank fighters. So this fight will never happen.

arum, knew to line up his recent ppv stars against delahoya to be the next ppv star, pacquaio and mayweather am sure are sending get well letters to delahoya

Chavez will go nowhere near Martinez, you could tell he's shook when Max brought him up.

"Ummm I'll fight anybody if Bob Arum pays me the right money"

that's a sucker answer, Miguel Cotto is already a small 154 pounder and they're going to make this guy fight at middleweight now? I hope Cotto tells Arum to shove it and this forced the Martinez/Chavez fight somehow.
