Of course. It has everything to so with the fact the division is a fairly new division with little history. It was only formed int he mid 80's.

But, because of that the winner of this tornument is on his way to having that crown.

How is his inability to not ko or tko green or Miranda going to hurt him in the future? Is he going to be the first fighter that doesnt ko or tko his opponents. That **** doesn't make any sense.

because I don't think he's going to be able to outskill some future opponents the way he has some of the lesser fighters he's fought, he's gonna need to hurt some people and get them out, especially if he goes up to see those dudes at 175...

It's not that hard to figure out.....I"m not talking about other fighters I"m talking about Andre Ward and what his future holds, (hence the name of the thread title)...

I agree with that......they'll have the greatest 168 lb resume if either of them wins then beats Bute.

You might, I might not, especially if ward can't keep one of those guys off of him. Dawson didn't exactly light up pascal with his skills and Dawson is a more skilled outside fighter than Ward IMO.

I love how Pascal is shi t now just because Bhop outfoxed and outboxed him. Dre Ward IS NOT Bhop, not even close.

Dawson lost that fight being ******. As matter of fact before they stopped the fight pascal was on his way of getting knocked out.

Dawson doesn't have the mental make-up of ward(I don't know what's wrong with dude. It's like he is a few sandwiches short of a picnic basket).

Only people I see giving ward problems are b-hop and Dawson.

And for a dude who doesn't ko people he sure ruff dudes the hell up on the inside.

I'm not a big Dawson fan, but he is a very skilled fighter. An argument can be made that Pascal dominated that fight when he was fresh, not that Chad was ******. It's not like Chad is the only guy to come on late vs Pascal.

Dawson just doesn't really want it hard any more, he wants it the easy way...I wasn't all that impressed vs Diaconu, a fight he should have dominated.

froch, bute, cloud, glen johnson, bhop (obviously), a healthy dirrell, and in 1.5-2 yrs TBR and/or cleverly give Ward a tough time IMO.

I favor Ward over Bute, but bute has an equalizer and is more skilled than anyone Ward's fought
I also slightly favor Ward over Froch right now, but Froch won't be roughed up like he's been able to do.
Cloud is a strong ass dude and will have a stregth advantage over Ward and can walk through ward's shots
Glen's just a tough fight for anyone, but ward likely wins he's no easy out for anyone, and definitely not Ward.

Maybe in Looneyville does Nathan Cleverly give Andre Ward problems.

                      Not on Planet Earth.

                      Utterly different class of fighter.
